About Us

The True-Pros started after our founder moved across the country with hopes of his family having a better life. We’ve been in beautiful Florida for just over three years now and have always provided top quality services to every residential customer. We know that every company promises the same “great service and top level mechanics,” but only The True-Pros delivers on what we promise.

Our honest Lake Worth technicians will never upsell you, guess at what is wrong, or offer you services that you do not need. We built our company on these principles and found other experienced technicians that feel exactly the way we do. We provide a company that our employees can be proud to work for.

With summer right around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about how you’re going to keep your home cool. If you’re not sure where to start, we’ve got some tips for you. Here are 5 tips to prepare your HVAC system for warmer summer temperatures…

1. Check Your Filters

The first step in preparing your HVAC system for warmer temperatures is checking your filters. Make sure they’re clean and in good condition and replace them if necessary to ensure that the air in your home stays fresh and clean.

2. Inspect Your Ducts and Vents

It’s also important to inspect the ductwork in your home—especially if you haven’t had this done recently. Check for signs of damage or leaks that may need repair before summer arrives and it gets too hot for comfort.

3. Improve Your Cooling Power

If all else fails, consider upgrading your cooling system with a more powerful unit that can handle the increased load of hot summer days—and nights! If you suspect that your cooling system may not be working as well as it once did before—for example, if it doesn’t seem able to keep up with demand during hot days—it may be time for an upgrade! Consider installing an energy-efficient unit such as an air conditioner with heat pump technology.

4. Clear Your Outdoor Areas

Nothing can cause your HVAC system to start having issues like an air clog from the outside. Make sure all leaves and outdoor debris are cleared away from the unit so they do not get sucked in and cause clogs. It may be tempting to leave that dirty grill or old patio furniture out all year long, but during warm weather, it can cause your HVAC system to work harder and wear down faster. Clean your outdoor areas regularly so that they don’t build up dust and debris that will make it difficult for your unit to provide air conditioning throughout the house.

5. Schedule a Professional HVAC Tune-Up or Inspection

If you haven’t had an annual tune-up in a while, now is the time to schedule one! A professional will check all of the components of your system, including refrigerant levels and motor condition as well as hoses and belts for signs of wear and tear. This will help ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the summer months so that you don’t have any unexpected breakdowns!
