Can't say enough good things about this company. Responsive, honest, and professional. Prices are very reasonable. Came home from work one day last week to a dead AC (it was working in the morning). I called The True-Pros, spoke to Daniella, and she called back within minutes to let me know that Jon, the repair guy is already on his way to us. Jon diagnosed the issue right away - a backed up line, he cleaned it and even gave us some tips on how to keep it clean. He didn't try to sell us anything or make the issue bigger than it really was. I would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Hi my name is Paula. A few nights ago I had an emergency with my AC and True-Pros Inc., sent somebody over the next morning. I spoke to Daniella. I don’t know these people, and I don’t get kickbacks. I’m giving you a review from the bottom of my heart. Daniella, was incredibly professional, sweet, kind, and helpful. I expected to get ripped off, as many new customers do. And sadly, mostly to women ! 🥲. Well, to my surprise, this was probably the BEST service call I ever had in my adult life. They are so professional, knowledgeable, and wait for it… Something rare.... NICE ! I don’t know about the rest of you, but usually you don’t get a “cocktail” with all those ingredients. Usually, you get 1 out of 3. On a 5 star rating, I give this company 25 stars! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Company. So you’re asking, what do I get out of this? Very simple. I now have a company I can totally trust!(for as long as I’m alive). They are wonderful. True Pros repaired my hot water heater by replacing a heating element and the thermostat for MUCH less than replacing the whole water heater/tank! They were punctual, worked fast and didn't leave a mess - I highly recommend these guys.

We were in a time crunch and Jon came out to our house to install a new hot water heater since ours just died. We were having company stay with us and Jon saved us because we didn’t have hot water. He navigated the situation and proceeded to find the best, least costly way of installing new pipe throughout the attic into the wall. I discovered a leak from my water main outside on Sunday afternoon and called Tru Pros to leave a message.
