The True-Pros, John, really came through quickly and thoroughly to replace a sump pump gone bad after hurricane Milton and its tornadoes came through Wellington, FL. I noticed that the 20+ year old sump pump began to run loudly without stopping with the preceding rains before Milton, and it wasn't stopping 4 days later. It could not empty the well. There was a threat to having flooding on the property if the pump totally failed. At best, it was going to burn itself out.John (Venus), I believe is the owner of the company and he personally came out after calling him just the day before. He was early and prompt and knew sump pumps, which is rare. Not your everyday local plumber will touch sump pumps. John is from NY where he apprenticed and obtained his licensing. He has brought his great skills to WPB. The new pump was ordered and John communicated well to keep us in the know of when to expect the install. Everything happended true to John's word. The new pump was installed in a couple of days, and it is a job well done and we have great peace of mind.John shows up on your property well-equipped and well-advertised. I wish I had a van-truck as nice as John's! He is very professional at all times and explains everything to you. You will be well-satisfied with his company and how they manage your business conclusion after the work is done. This is no fly-by-night company. Extremely professional. In and out. You won't be disappointed. You will likely learn something.

True-Pros live up to their name. They have helped us out very quickly and honestly a couple of times. Recently, Jon brilliantly found our sewer piping problem and explained it to us, within 1-2 hours of us calling them. They also had repaired our tankless hot water heater a few years ago which is still working great. Our plumber, True-Pros, is an excellent plumbing company.

My tankless water heater had a leak, having used True-Pros in the past I called Jon and showed him via video call where the heater was leaking. He suggested 2 options, one was to replace the leaking part and the other was to replace the entire unit with a new one. With his suggestion I chose to replace the unit with a new one. We set up a date for him to replace the unit, he arrived on time, took the old unit out, went to the supply house and got the new unit and was finished within 4 hours.If anyone needs a plumber I would suggest True-Pros, Jon is great to work with.

Once again Jon and his team proved to be professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. I called Jon out because my AC was freezing over. My 11 year old AC had a leak :-(After an honest discussion with Jon about my options, I opted for a new AC, and I could not be happier with the quality of the work that was done, and though AC have gone up in price, like everything else these days, I absolutely believe I got my money's worth. The crew arrived early, got to work right away, Jon and his team were so tidy you wouldn't even know I was having an new AC installed. Jon suggestions on the size of the new unit and the brand spot on! Another wonderful experience with The True-Pros! I won't use anybody else for my plumbing and AC!Jon and his crew are absolutely amazing! I would not trust our AC or plumbing needs to anyone else! Just a great experience start to finish! Our gas water heater died and called a few places that didnt even answer the phone. John answered personally and educated me on all of my options. We decided on an gas powered tankless heater and he explained the units in such depth that was easy for is to understand and make the correct decision. He never tried to oversell us and got us just what we needed installed just a day later. His work is flawless and you can tell hes a perfectionist at what he does. Excellent service through and through. TruePros was the third plumber I had to diagnose my tankless gas hot water heater by Navien. Took pride in his work and made no mess. Even though he didn’t need to, he walked me through the steps he was taking to troubleshoot and fix. Very knowledgeable on plumbing and gas. You get what you pay for and I’m glad I did. Very assured in the work. He was upfront with pricing and contract agreement. Would recommend.

Jon arrived in his truck on time with all of the tools and parts he needed to fix my water leak. Jon used his Leak Detection equipment to quickly determine where my leak was and then discussed with me the best options to move forward. Once that was decided Jon went to work and was able to fix my leak and I was back up and running in no time. John worked with my insurance company to coordinate all my repairs and claims. I was so pleased that I plan on having Jon back to work on several other projects in my house. If you need a plumber I would highly recommend Jon and his company.

My Navien water heater was making a rattling noise. I found True-Pros through the Navien website. Lucky me. Called them at 9 and by 10 John was here and had diagnosed the problem and was well on the way to fixing it. He was very professional and personable. I highly recommend True-Pros. This review was done last year. So I had another problem that three other plumbers could not figure out. I had built a new house and for some reason was not getting cold water throughout the house. I asked John to look at it and he diagnosed it properly and fixed my issue. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Jon came to resolve a big problem water leak to my villa, other Plummer came and made holes not finding were was coming from, Jon with his tech gadgets found the water source and diseabled it ( was the water feeding the faucet to water plants better than the alternative)cause otherwise had to break my floor and would be a desaster for me 😩, with his ‘out of thr box’ thinking sold the my problem, worth paying for a well work done 🤩🤩🤩, I highly recomend him!

Just a few words to say that our worst fears of having been alleviated using True Pros to fix what we thought for sure would be a disaster. At the last minute before closing on our sale and purchase ( both already in contract) our back porch and lenai flooded. John from The True Pros team was able to quickly and efficiently figure out and fix what needed fixing and not gauge two older home owner novices all in a days work. Jon has reliably worked for us over the past five years. Most recently, we put an addition on our house and had lots of recurrent problems with the contractor’s plumber. I asked Jon to evaluate the situation. He quickly discovered that a snake have been broken off in our sewer line. He was able to pinpoint the exact area to remove the snake without causing damage to the house. I will only trust Jon with our home moving forward. So professional, communicative and capable.
